Delivery

R30 delivery for orders over R850 in selected areas. Orders placed after 1:30pm or over weekends are processed the next working day. Local delivery takes 1–3 working days, on the area’s next scheduled delivery day where possible.

Collection

Orders placed before 9am are ready for collection after 2pm the same day. Orders placed by 4pm are ready after 12pm the next day.

• Wednesday: Southern Suburbs to Tokai
• Thursday: Pinelands, Kensington, City Bowl, Mitchells Plain, Kuilsriver, Milnerton, Blouberg, Century City, Plattekloof

Durban

Selected suburbs including Assagay, Bellair, Berea, Bluff, Bothas Hill, Briardene, Chatsworth, Durban, Gillitts, Glenashley, Greenwood Park, Hillary, Hillcrest, Pinetown, Umhlanga and more.

Returns & Exchanges

• Items must be returned in their original packaging with all components, and without price labels.
• Returns within 30 days — no handling fee.
• 30–90 days — a 10% handling fee applies.
• After 90 days — returns are not accepted.
• Damaged stock must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
• Pre-orders and custom orders are non-returnable.

Public Holidays

We do not process or deliver orders on public holidays or weekends. A delivery scheduled for a public holiday moves to the next working day.
